"Worth checking these out if you're looking for a higher class apartment and still affordable (depending on when you rent/if rent specials are being offered) in a good location, very close to grocery stores/just about everything. Lots of grass for kids to play and right next to a school and park. Good layout inside with upscale features like quartz countertops, above average lighting fixtures, plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The one downside is the walls could be better insulated so you are able to hear the neighbors, but they are apartments... Overall I'm really happy with choosing to live here. They have good customer service as well if you ever need help from the office. There are also secured lockers for package delivery so you can pick up your packages 24 hours a day and a 24hr gym. Highly recommended."

"Recently moved to Richland, WA. Badger Mtn Ranch is in a great location in Tri-Cities, walking distance to trails and a community park. The apartments are modern and pet friendly and the office staff is friendly & helpful.."

"I have lived here 2.5 years - there have been a few changes of management since I moved in to my apartment, but the current management has been very responsive to requests. One of the biggest changes that I think is positive if the communication via texts and email. I feel more informed about what is going on in our complex. The maintenance crew is AMAZING! They are very quick with responses and super nice! My fridge/freezer went out and I didn't find out for a few days after until one night after work - they replaced my fridge/freezer within 12 hours of my work order request. They even changed out a few of my lightbulbs and light fixture I was having issues with. Overall, this has been a very enjoyable apartment experience."

"I love living at Badger Mountain Ranch. The management and maintenance is always so nice and helpful, and they have really cool amenities here that a lot of other complexes don't have. Every time I've needed anything they've always been able to help without a problem; and they often do little events for residents to participate in if they choose to do so. They do a good job at keeping up with the exterior image of the complex. The general location is convenient especially if you have pets or kids. My personal neighbors are great; very calm, quiet, and respectful. And I love the layout to my apartment overall."

"Great manager, very personable, reasonable, understanding! Great impressive nice apartments very up to date on codes. Reasonable pricing. If maintenance is needed they come within a reasonable amount of time to do what is needed. Grounds look nice, it feels like home!"

"I have lived at these apartments for the past 6 months and I can easily say they're the best apartments I've ever lived in. The property is always kept up with and beautiful as well as the apartments being modern and so spacious. Leyli is always so kind and helpful and immediately responds to any need or complaint I have. I will be renewing my lease here for as long as possible! Highly recommend you do the same!."

"Very clean apartments. Great area and the Managment is awesome to work with. My mother lived there for 3 years before she moved out of state. She loved it. She sat on the back deck every morning and enjoyed the scenery."
